Key Responsibilities
• Establish relationships with homebuyers and assess their needs
• Generate and close home sales through leads
• Provide consistent follow-through from initial contact to closing
• Maintain model and inventory home conditions
• Collaborate across departments for smooth transactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma; degree and real estate license preferred
• 1-3 years in new home sales or real estate
• Proven sales success and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
