The Security Professional
- Residential Concierge position requires experienced individuals ready to work overnight shifts. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a minimum of 1-2 years in concierge security, hospitality, or front desk roles. You will work closely with property management and ensure a secure environment while addressing resident concerns.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular patrols of the residential area
• Document patrols and incidents in detail
• Communicate with residents and property staff
• Maintain professionalism in training and security protocols
• Address resident complaints effectively
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in concierge security or hospitality
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required Become a valued member of Allied Universal's residential security team in North York.
