Join Dollarama's Buying and Import department as a Buyer's Support Clerk. Focus on assisting Buyers with vital administrative duties and supplier communications.
This role is designed for candidates who are looking to contribute to the team by performing essential administrative tasks. You will be responsible for evaluating product samples, updating critical product information, and creating vendor entries using SAP. Excellent organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are required to thrive in this environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily administrative tasks regarding product samples
• Setup articles and vendors in the SAP system
• Evaluate Preproduction and shipment samples for approval
• Maintain accurate records of product specifications and images
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors
Requirements:
• Diploma in Supply Chain or similar field
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
• Experience within the retail sector is beneficial
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is desirable Leverage your administrative expertise and attention to detail while contributing to Dollarama's buying efforts.
