This full-time role requires a minimum of five years of experience in testing and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems. You will play a pivotal role in the Innovation and Sustainability Team by analyzing testing data to enhance product designs for new applications, including BioResins and packaging materials. Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and analyze system-level product testing
• Support development testing for new materials and applications
• Contribute to process guidelines and establish testing criteria
• Participate in risk identification and test plan reviews
• Support customer startups and product launch teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science
• 5+ years testing complex mechanical systems
• 5+ years in plastic processing and part quality optimization
• Experience with PET preforms and closures is beneficial
