Key responsibilities

• Maintain quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
• Confident working across different sections during busy services
• Passion for quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation
• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a close-knit team
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Weekend availability is essential
• Full Australian working rights required
• Supportive, professional kitchen team, nurturing and dedicated Head chef too
• Great Bayside location, right across from the beach.
