Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day carriage of commercial litigation files
- Draft clear pleadings and client correspondence
- Attend applications, motions, and trials as required
- Coordinate timely file steps with a law clerk
- Ensure clients understand their case progress
Requirements:
- At least three years of legal experience required
- Civil litigation lawyer seeking independent file responsibility
- Excellent writing ability and strong work ethic

- Ability to commute reliably to Toronto or relocate
