Analyze brewing metrics and improve processes as a Brewing Intern at Labatt London Brewery, working five days weekly in the office. Build hands-on experience across brewery operations.
Labatt’s 15-week internship offers meaningful project ownership for students pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related studies. You will work with Brewmasters, Brewing Managers, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners. The experience spans brewhouse, cellar, and fermentation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver a strategic brewery operations project
- Identify process efficiency and operational performance improvements
- Analyze brewing, fermentation, quality, and operational metrics
- Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support quality, sanitation, testing, sensory, and compliance programs
Requirements:
- Study in an eligible undergraduate degree program
- Return to school in September 2027
- Graduate in December 2027 or later
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Demonstrate curiosity, ownership, integrity, and collaboration
