Key Responsibilities
• Promote and educate clients on insurance solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships with a personal touch
• Assist clients with insurance questions and underwriting basics
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client retention
• Act as an advocate for clients identifying their needs and offering recommendations
Requirements:
• Level 1 insurance broker license or pursuing CAIB/CIP
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• At least 6 months of industry experience preferred
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
