Windermere Child & Family Services seeks a Residential Support Worker (Mums and Bubs) to assist vulnerable mothers and children within a residential program. You will provide hands-on support, life skills coaching and help families access long-term housing solutions.
You will work from our Pakenham Narre Warren sites, with flexibility for outreach. Tertiary qualifications in community services and 2+ years in the sector are preferred; experience with trauma-informed practice is valued.
