Deliver tailored financial advice at Libro Credit Union’s London East Branch, supporting personal and business members through banking solutions and sales.
As a full-time Banking Advisor, you will serve as a primary contact for personal and business members. The position combines exceptional service with sales performance across personal banking, day-to-day business banking, and small business lending. You will support Libro’s focus on strengthening financial well-being for local businesses, families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored financial advice across personal and business banking
- Open accounts and support digital services for members
- Offer loans, lines of credit, cards, and simple mortgages
- Provide small business lending advice up to $250,000
- Identify opportunities and transition complex needs to managers
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- One to three years’ financial services sales or advisory experience
- Personal, business banking, and small business lending experience
- Proven ability to drive sales through proactive engagement
- Passion for helping people strengthen financial well-being
