Full-Time Grounds and Maintenance Worker

Step into a crucial role at RockRidge Canyon as a Full-Time Grounds and Maintenance Worker. Help create a pristine and welcoming environment for guests in Princeton, British Columbia. This role is integral to maintaining the property and facilities while serving Young Life’s mission. As part of the Site & Facilities team, you will perform various landscape duties, operate equipment, and supervise seasonal staff. Your commitment to service and spiritual leadership will enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Use landscaping equipment and tools effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of maintenance or landscaping experience
• Grade 12 diploma or higher required
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
• Outdoor work capability year-round
