In this Sous Chef role, you will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management and supervise cooking personnel to ensure recipes are executed correctly. Key Responsibilities
• Assist with all aspects of kitchen operations
• Supervise cooking personnel for quality assurance
• Conduct a thorough inventory of food supplies
• Implement safety and cleanliness protocols
• Train and mentor apprentices and kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Completed culinary certification or Journeyman status
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar high-volume kitchens
• Proficient in planning and scheduling techniques
• Skills in recipe testing and food presentation
