This full-time contract role focuses on developing and delivering comprehensive training across various digital tools and technical equipment. You'll collaborate with program managers to create engaging materials and implement a new Learning Management System (LMS). Your expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles will drive continuous improvement in training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify training needs with program managers and stakeholders
• Develop engaging training resources and materials
• Update training to reflect industry best practices
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and metrics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in training or instructional design role
• Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
