• Lead DCI and Assembly Pump Repair shop operations
• Monitor safety and performance metrics
• Manage workforce allocation to meet goals
• Ensure thorough job documentation and compliance
• Participate in process enhancement programs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; college experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or repair
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with pumps and machining processes
