As part of your responsibilities, you will assist in day-to-day IT operations, providing support for endpoint devices and applications while managing internal IT requests. Your hands-on experience will be vital in helping maintain core systems and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Offer support for employee desktop and mobile issues
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and troubleshoot problems
• Manage and secure devices throughout their lifecycle
• Support Active Directory and virtualization infrastructure
• Take part in internal system upgrades and process efficiency
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT systems administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of infrastructure management tools
• Familiarity with PowerShell for task automation
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical levels Support Quadbridge’s growth while enhancing your technical skills in a collaborative environment.
