Mining Dozer Operators - Eskay Creek Mine - 15/13 - Camp + Paid Flights - Up to $52/hr - Kitimat-Stikine A, BC

Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join their team at the Eskay Creek Mine site in British Columbia. This role involves operating both conventional and remote-controlled dozers to support mining production, earthworks, and environmental activities. The ideal candidates will have significant experience with large-scale mining equipment and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a remote, camp-based environment.

What You’ll Need

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating large dozers (D155, D375, D10, D11 or equivalent) in mining or large-scale earthworks
• Experience in mass excavation, haul road construction, dump management, and material placement
• Ability to interpret grade stakes, survey layouts, and construction drawings
• Experience with remote-controlled equipment or tele-remote systems is an asset
• Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn camera-based operating systems
• Excellent hazard recognition and commitment to safe operating practices
• Strong radio communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and physically demanding conditions
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Relevant equipment operating certifications or training
• Experience with tailings, waste dumps, PAG placement, or mine earthworks
• Experience with remote-controlled equipment or tele-remote systems
