Technology Product Management Lead Business Analyst Vice President

* Lead Business and Functional Requirements, Epics, and User Stories for complex Corporate Action initiatives
* Drive Product Backlog management, refinement, and sprint prioritization
* Drive interface strategy and design
- Web GUI / API
* Lead engagements with Data Providers and Vendors (Internal & External)
* Define and govern Golden Copy rules and vendor source hierarchy logic
* Identify opportunities for automation, process streamlining, and AI-ready data use cases
* Manage senior stakeholder expectations, roadmap delivery, user training, and release governance
* Working with senior stakeholders
- clients and business partners to capture business and product requirements
* Validation and testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations
* 6+ years of relevant experience
* 5+ years experience as Business Analyst/Product Manager in a relevant industry (e.g., Financial Services, Technology
* 5+ years experience in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
* Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL and Oracle is often beneficial.
* Experience with business process reengineering, business systems development, and modern system architectures (Cloud, APIs)
* Proficiency in data analysis, and understanding of data models
* Strong analytical skills, with extensive experience in documenting functional/technical specifications, epics, and user stories
* Experience in Master or Reference Data space
