ServiceMaster Restore is hiring a Crew Chief to spearhead restoration projects in Edmonton. Your leadership will be critical in guiding technicians on sites affected by floods, fires, and mold.
We are looking for an experienced Crew Chief with a strong background in restoration work. You will lead by example, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with clients and project managers. Your role will include assessing site needs and ensuring adherence to safety protocols while documenting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage emergency restoration jobs at various sites
• Mentor and develop technician skills
• Identify necessary equipment and supplies for each project
• Uphold safety standards and organization at work areas
• Create and submit detailed daily reports
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in fire/water loss restoration
• Valid CSTS certification needed
• Competence with tools and carpentry skills
• Solid understanding of remediation protocols
