Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule semi-trucks to multiple Western Canadian job sites
- Plan practical travel schedules and efficient delivery routes
- Monitor delivery progress and follow up on completion
- Review permits, maps, directions, and site instructions
- Communicate delivery information with drivers and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust promptly
- Local to Blackfalds or willing to relocate
