This experienced software developer contributes under senior guidance to analysis, development, design, and maintenance. The work includes Java, Angular, JavaScript, object-oriented design, Git workflows, and software testing. You will help create a high-availability emergency call handling solution deployable as a service or on premises. The team develops workflow enhancements for call handling, incident management, responder dispatching, and situational awareness across North American public safety answering points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, design, and maintain software products
- Assist with software and hardware system integration
- Develop, validate, and test software components
- Prepare and maintain software documentation
- Apply knowledge under senior developer guidance
Requirements:
- Diploma of College Studies or relevant bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Java and its development ecosystem
- Knowledge of Angular and JavaScript web development
- Understanding of object-oriented coding and design patterns
- Bilingual French and English communication ability
