Key Responsibilities
• Assign loads and routes to drivers efficiently
• Monitor driver progress and resolve issues
• Provide essential support and information for trips
• Ensure accurate trip sheets and updates
• Handle evening customer service requests promptly
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year relevant dispatch experience
• High school diploma required
• Must have industry-specific trucking knowledge
• Experience in city and US dispatching
• Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada Utilize your dispatch skills to improve logistic operations, ensuring effective communication and timely deliveries are consistently achieved.
