In this position, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will engage with finance team members and vendors to ensure proper financial tracking and documentation. Responsibilities include processing invoices and maintaining vendor relationships, making time management and organizational skills crucial.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage vendor communication through email and phone
• Process vendor invoices and supporting documents
• Assist with timely reporting and expenditure coding
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close procedures as required
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or similar role
• Background in construction industry preferred
• Degree or certificate related to finance
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Join Clearway’s finance team and bring your enthusiasm for financial accuracy and vendor support to this entry-level role.
