Senior Customer Experience

Direct Energy, an NRG company, seeks a Customer Experience Analyst to resolve inquiries escalated to the President, regulators, and third parties. You will draft formal responses, manage multi-channel communications, and ensure regulatory compliance while educating customers.

You’ll identify root causes, propose improvements, and support office visits. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
