Summary

The Sales Associate delivers an elevated client experience while driving individual and store sales. The role combines clienteling, styling expertise, product knowledge, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and commercial KPIs through knowledgeable service and effective styling.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain an inviting sales floor and an organized stockroom while collaborating with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships, with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS and Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
