Inside Sales Professionals at Foundation Building Materials use product expertise and customer service to support construction customers through tailored solutions. This is a full-time position.
FBM serves commercial and residential construction markets across the United States and Canada. You will build customer relationships, provide product guidance, and support sales through accurate quotes, orders, and proposals. The work includes showroom, inventory, delivery, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout sales
- Generate accurate product quotes and proposals
- Enter orders, pricing, and customer data accurately
- Coordinate deliveries, shipping, and special product purchases
- Manage documentation for complex construction projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Forklift experience or training in warehouse work
