Lead multimedia sales across Northeastern Nova Scotia from New Glasgow, using consultative selling and digital advertising solutions to grow client results. Represent Stingray’s radio network locally and nationally.
Stingray seeks a Media Sales Strategist for its New Glasgow team, covering Pictou County and the Northeastern area. You will manage client relationships, develop strategic proposals, and sell solutions across radio, programmatic display, video, connected TV, search, social, and retail media. The position reports to Nova Scotia’s General Sales Manager or General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead local sales for 94.1 The Breeze and Q97.9
- Represent Stingray Radio stations from Vancouver to St. John’s
- Manage prospecting, needs analysis, presentations, negotiation, and closing
- Grow revenue through consultative sales and strategic proposals
- Coordinate campaigns, proposals, bookings, reports, and community events
Requirements:
- Two or more years of consultative sales or account management experience
- Multimedia advertising or digital media experience is an asset
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-management, organization, accountability, and competing-priority skills
- Pictou County residency or relocation, driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance
