Lead Bath & Body Works consumer experiences through retail supervision, selling expertise, and associate coaching in a store environment. Support growth through strong execution and product knowledge.
As Brand Experience Supervisor, you partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop associates and deliver consistent consumer experiences. You attract, hire, train, coach, and motivate talent while reinforcing selling expectations, accountability, and performance. Your leadership supports operational results and genuine consumer connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead associates through daily direction, feedback, coaching, and motivation
- Model selling behaviors and personalized product recommendations
- Act as leader on duty when scheduled
- Complete opening, closing, shipment, and bank deposit routines
- Support action plans and operational execution
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail
- Experience delivering sales, consumer, and operational results
- Effective communication and adaptability
- Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
