Dispatcher / Customer Service

Keep orders moving: answer customers, plan routes and keep drivers on track.

What you will do

• Answer customer calls, texts and chats about orders
• Assign orders to drivers and plan efficient routes
• Sort out late or problem orders with patience
• Keep order statuses up to date

What we look for

• Clear, friendly communication in English (French is a plus)
• Organised under pressure, good with a computer and phone
• Customer service experience preferred
