• Answer calls and relay inquiries to appropriate staff
• Assist with examinations and maintain confidentiality
• Prepare exam rooms and handle patient records
Requirements:
• Completion of Receptionist or Clinic Assistant training
• Experience in customer service within healthcare
• Certification as a Health Information Office Assistant
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
