As an Estimator at AIIM, you will play a critical role in designing forward-thinking solutions that directly impact client satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in production, data analysis, and collaboration with Sales and Client Success teams. You will not only prepare estimates but also help shape strategic offerings that enhance client communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for diverse projects
• Collaborate with Sales to design effective client solutions
• Evaluate materials and recommend production methods
• Champion AIIM's new ERP platform for improved processes
• Engage in client meetings and present estimates to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in print/production estimating
• Proven expertise in large format estimating
• Experience with ERP/MIS technology
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Ability to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies Utilize your estimating experience to help AIIM innovate client communication strategies while simplifying production processes.
