Shape the future of talent management at Masco Canada as the HR Analytics and Talent Manager in St. Thomas. This 14-month contract role is pivotal in driving employee development strategies.
You will be responsible for executing talent strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with leadership, you will assess talent needs and lead development initiatives across the company. Your expertise will guide performance evaluations and inform succession planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance management and objective-setting cycles
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and fill talent gaps
• Deliver impactful learning programs and curriculum
• Lead HR analytics to track workforce metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in talent development
• Proven expertise in succession planning and leadership development
• Leadership skills with strong analytical mindset
