About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts for their organization in Kimberley . This role is essential for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs across various departments in the Northern Cape . You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities and building strong employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using various recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and define job specifications.
• Manage the offer process, including background checks and employment contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source candidates through online platforms, social media, and networking.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
