Successful candidates will be proactive in performing inspections and repairs on rails, ties, and other track materials. You'll work outdoors through various weather conditions while upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect and maintain train rails and ties
• Operate and maintain hand tools
• Remove defective ties and spikes
• Repair track surface deviations
• Ensure safety of the working environment
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant experience in railway or safety environments
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
