Key Responsibilities
• Participate in analyzing retail business needs to create solutions
• Configure retail modules in D365: POS, products, and promotions
• Lead project phases: design, testing, training, and support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coherent integration
• Advise clients on innovations and trends in retail technology
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• 10 years of ERP implementation expertise in retail
• Comprehensive knowledge of omnichannel operations and loyalty programs
• Experience in large-scale e-commerce integrations
