Use consultative selling and insurance expertise to help Canadian pet owners choose Trupanion coverage remotely from their province. Weekend availability is required.
Trupanion seeks a self-motivated, customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist for inbound pet insurance sales and member support. You will explain policies, understand customer needs, manage objections, and guide enrollment. The full-time schedule includes rotating Pacific Time shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound warm leads from prospective pet insurance customers
- Tailor insurance solutions to each customer's needs
- Explain coverage options and policy benefits clearly
- Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
- Accurately enroll pets and document required information
Requirements:
- Active provincial General or P&C Insurance license
- At least two years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle escalated and sensitive conversations
- Weekend availability and flexibility across rotating shifts
