Lead digital transformation across CRM/ERP, websites, learning systems, and data strategy remotely while working Eastern Time. Drive integrated delivery for GGC.
Girl Guides of Canada–Guides du Canada seeks a Program Manager on a one-year contract. You will coordinate complex initiatives, establish accountability, and support measurable results across organizational priorities. The work spans program governance, technology solutions, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation workstreams across CRM/ERP, websites, and learning systems
- Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and escalation processes
- Build master plans, dashboards, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Coach project managers and resolve project-level challenges
- Manage vendors, contracts, communications, and system adoption efforts
Requirements:
- BSc or BA in Business Administration or related field
- Five or more years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing complex programs or large-scale technology projects
- Experience with Trello, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
