Key Responsibilities
• Oversee shop floor production aligned with customer orders
• Optimize resources for production and organizational goals
• Monitor departmental budgets for compliance
• Enforce Quality standards, Training, and ES&H policies
• Foster Lean Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in a related operational role
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proven ability to drive performance and achieve KPIs
• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English Maximize production efficiency and leadership potential in this critical Operations Supervisor position.
