Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all overnight guest service operations
• Act as the senior decision-maker during overnight hours
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the lobby and public areas
• Address and resolve guest concerns effectively
• Balance daily audits and monitor room inventory
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in hospitality or guest services
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism preferred
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems like Opera
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Lead with confidence and elevate guest experiences at Deerhurst Resort in Muskoka.
