Lead remote qualitative market research for Fresh Squeezed Ideas using behavioral science expertise, PhD training, and strategic project leadership.
As a Senior Strategist reporting to an SVP, Strategy & Innovation, you will lead complex healthcare research projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and develop human behavior-based insights. The work includes ethnographic interviewing, analysis, co-creation workshops, and strategic solutions for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex qualitative primary and secondary research projects
- Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships
- Conduct ethnographic interviews and varied research methods
- Develop strategic stories and behavioral solutions
- Write behavioral science blogs and social media posts
Requirements:
- PhD in social science or behavioral science preferred
- Three-plus years in strategy and qualitative healthcare research
- Experience interviewing healthcare stakeholders, including patients and HCPs
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
