Support Nuvei merchants in Montreal using French and English, technical troubleshooting, and professional communication in a hybrid fintech environment. Full bilingual fluency is required.
As a Bilingual Merchant Support Specialist, you will answer customer service and technical support calls from merchants. You will use documentation, investigate solutions, and resolve requests accurately. This position requires a tech-savvy professional available for 24/7 shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound merchant customer service and technical support calls
- Use documentation and support resources for precise assistance
- Resolve critical or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Ensure timely, effective resolution of merchant requests
- Identify trends and report process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Full fluency in written and spoken French and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow documented processes and investigate gaps
- Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills
- Availability for 24/7 shifts, weekends, and holidays
