Outerwear technical design meets meticulous construction expertise in this Senior Technical Designer role with Moose Knuckles. Manage styles from handoff through manufacturer release.
As Senior Technical Designer, you will manage collection development while protecting design intent, quality, and construction standards. You will create product Bill of Materials and Tech Packs, maintain existing styles, and support validation and collaborations. Strong communication, project management, and time management guide work against product calendars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collection style development accurately and on schedule
- Create and maintain accurate BOMs and Tech Packs
- Partner with factories on prototype quality and construction
- Collaborate with Size and Fit teams during fittings
- Support production concerns and mentor new hires
Requirements:
- Four to five years in outerwear development or related work
- Fashion Design diploma or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of garment construction
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator proficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
