As a Clinical Systems Analyst, you will support, optimize, and maintain systems powering clinical operations. You will work across clinical workflows and technical systems, collaborating with clinicians, IT, and other stakeholders. The work includes diagnosing issues, testing, upgrades, and system stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and test clinical systems
- Diagnose issues and perform system upgrades
- Gather clinical and operational requirements
- Translate workflow needs into technical solutions
- Provide support, training, and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience supporting healthcare IT systems
- Experience administering EHRs or clinical applications
- Strong technical troubleshooting and testing skills
- System optimization experience
- Ability to collaborate with clinicians and technical teams
