Blacksmith Agency seeks a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to manage paid media for urgent care groups operating many sites. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives. This full-time role is remote across Canada, South Africa, or the USA, focused exclusively on paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, optimize bids, targeting, and creative tests
- Own conversion tracking and attribution through GA4 and pixels
- Build quarterly and 90-day client roadmaps
- Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account relationships
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Proven results improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
- Urgent care or multi-location paid media experience preferred
