Lead luxury menswear retail at Harry Rosen Les Cours Mont-Royal in Montreal, using coaching and client service expertise. This is a full-time permanent position.
As Retail Leader, you will guide Clothing Advisors and Specialists while supporting exceptional service. The position emphasizes sales productivity, omni-channel client development, training, performance assessments, and operational alignment. Harry Rosen is a proudly Canadian retailer specializing in fine quality menswear for over 70 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Advisors and Specialists to maximize personal sales productivity
- Maintain in-store and after-sales service standards
- Drive Clientele Development and digital sales goal adoption
- Hire, train, and assess retail team members
- Align teams with operational, cultural, and protection policies
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of retail leadership experience
- Experience managing a store or department
- Demonstrated coaching and development results
- Strong luxury retail business acumen
