• Identify and close prospective bridge loan borrowers
• Cultivate relationships with active loan borrowers
• Gather required paperwork from potential borrowers
• Report on business development and sales activities
• Meet with new and existing prospects regularly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years in bridge loan origination
• Established book of business preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and LinkedIn
