Key Responsibilities
• Rotate through departments including Dispatch and Customer Service
• Lead operations and retail activities at a branch
• Support vehicle purchasing and sales processes
• Coach and mentor frontline employees
• Conduct accident investigations and develop safety protocols
Requirements:
• Graduate of college, university, or trade school
• 5-10 years of retail or customer service experience
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
