Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Art Director shapes how PENN. Penningtons appears across campaigns, eCommerce, digital, and retail. The hands-on work spans seasonal concepts, layouts, presentations, photoshoots, and cohesive brand experiences. Success requires strong design knowledge, fashion passion, and the ability to influence without direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Creative Director on seasonal campaign direction
- Create visual concepts, layouts, and campaign presentations
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, models, and videographers
- Maintain consistent eCommerce styling, lighting, and composition
- Coordinate creative delivery across marketing and studio teams
Requirements:
- Eight-plus years of progressive art direction experience
- Portfolio demonstrating campaigns, photography, design, and storytelling
- Strong typography, colour, composition, and visual identity expertise
- Experience maintaining eCommerce photography standards
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented, bilingual English and French communicator
