Architect Java microservices and enterprise integrations as EverCommerce’s Staff Full Stack Engineer, working remotely from Canada with AWS expertise.
This staff-level engineering role connects business strategy with hands-on delivery across Finance, HR, and Front Office systems. You will use Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, AWS, and Workato while mentoring engineers and supporting enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover requirements with Finance, People, and Sales Operations stakeholders
- Architect and build Java microservices and integration pipelines
- Develop internal dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and coding practices
- Deploy AI workflows with AWS Bedrock and enterprise systems
Requirements:
- Eight-plus years of software engineering experience
- Two-plus years in staff, technical lead, or principal capacity
- Production expertise with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot
- Experience with AWS, enterprise integrations, and relational databases
- Strong communication with executives and technical engineering teams
