As Director, Control Testing, you lead a team within Compliance and Non-Financial Risk Management. You assess control design and operational effectiveness while working with Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and business teams. Your work supports regulatory expectations and stronger risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead specialists conducting independent control assessments
- Assess control design and operational effectiveness
- Work with Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance teams
- Maintain constructive relationships across business sectors
- Apply rigorous risk management practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Eight to twelve years of relevant experience
- Three years of personnel management or team leadership
- Banking or regulated financial services experience
- Knowledge of Canadian anti-money laundering requirements
