Shape gastroenterology health education remotely at AbbVie using strategic planning, adult learning principles, and stakeholder collaboration. Support initiatives that address HCP needs nationally.
As Health Education Manager, you will join AbbVie’s Center of Health Education and Training, reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Education team. You will identify HCP educational needs, develop customized initiatives, and guide solutions aligned with learning gaps and brand imperatives. The position requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct national HCP needs assessments with cross-functional colleagues
- Develop strategic health education plans and customized solutions
- Lead measurable strategies addressing HCP knowledge, attitudes, and skills
- Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources effectively
- Develop digital engagement strategies across tools and channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare discipline
- Health Education and Adult Learning Principles experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare and accreditation environments is an asset
- CHE certification or equivalent, obtained within one year
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
